Introductions

Hello! I'm Jennifer Leti - a qualified yoga practitioner based in Sheffield, UK.

My primary intention with yoga, is to promote and provide structured lessons, working on all levels and aspects of the person and yoga. To harness the individuals abilities and integrate passion and drive for yoga in order to create optimum health, harmony and radiance. Increasing empowerment and confidence along the way.

There are unlimited benefits to the practice of yoga; whether that be for combating stress, revitalizing and rejuvenating the mind, body and soul, enhancing flexibility and fitness levels, body toning or working on alleviating pain, and physical ailments. Or just a way of finding time to relax and increase levels of peace. Yoga has its place for all of us, no matter what age we are, or what our current outlook is. It holds a place for helping us to obtain and promote empowerment within each of us to prosper and to progress. To enrich our lives on many levels, as I have found it to be.

I've been working with yoga for a number of years now, and it has become a very prominent feature of which i owe lots to. I'm a qualified yoga teacher. Certified and trained with and in accordance to the RYT (Registered yoga teacher training). On obtaining my Yoga Diploma, I have since gone on to teach classes, workshops, provide performances at festivals, including the London Yoga Show 2007, and work with individuals one to one for detailed and comprehensive yoga tuition.

I like to put 200% into every class, workshop and event I do. Providing enthusiasm and dedication, thoughtful interaction and informative input in all areas of yogic practice.

As well as yoga, I have a great passion for health, nutrition and finding ways for increasing the well being and empowering the mind, body and spirit. Through experience and study, I have gained a great relationship and understanding with food, it's importance to the body and mind in a manner of ways. Through understanding the importance of nutritional contents, to understanding the energetics and vibrations food carries, as well as the way in which it is prepared and cooked and the extent at which our thoughts affect food and drink also.

I practice Reiki, Seichem, Crystal therapy and Angel therapy as well as helping encourage and teach meditation and chakra awareness and clearing.

I enjoy spending as much time out in nature as possible. Exploring woodlands, lakes and the countryside fills me with inspiration, peace, clarity and a feeling of connectedness. I try to capture some of this through artwork, poetry and photography in hope to share inspiration and empower others.

Dance is another key passion of mine. Expression through movement is such a great way to uplift the soul and spark enthusiasm and motivation. I use dance in various ways and feel it's a great way to activate a persons dormant energy within themselves, opens chakras, and releases blocks and fears.



My Story

I found yoga at a time of great need. Many aspects of my life where in disharmony and I was in need of finding clarity and order to improve and get back on my path. I attended my first yoga class after reading a book in which yoga was mentioned, and fell in love with the peace and calmness it gave me after just one class. I continued to practice daily and to make it an integral part of my life. I began noticing the huge differences it made to my moods, self-esteem and coping strategies with stress and all other aspects of life. Along with getting fitter and more flexible, I was feeling more confident, more energized, and more focused on the more important aspects of life and living.

Along with training and studying nutrition and the therapeutic uses of food, I began to see just how wonderful and useful yoga was, and the way in which we treat our minds and bodies. They really are our temples, in which we use to drive through life. I was discovering the crucial relationship with the body and mind. How a vigorous and healthy body is vital and necessary to support and strong and healthy mind.

I could see all areas of my life improving, career, relationships, health. Not to mention my outlook on life. It excited me, at how simple and yet how effective these simple practices and techniques where. I decided I wanted to help share this with others. To help people find empowerment and encouragement themselves. It's only when you feel you can take charge and feel responsible and in control, that you can steer the direction you want your life to move in.

Since I was very young I have been a firm believer in energies. That what we put out there, we get back. Like attracts like, and so we create our own universes. Therefore putting out good intentions, clarity and peace is vital. And so encouraging confidence and helping others to find it also, can only be a positive thing for our live and the world around us.
